Yes. An initial intake session with a senior adviser is offered at no charge and without obligation. We use the time to understand the matter, conduct a conflicts check, and advise you honestly on whether Alphaforge is the appropriate firm. If we are not, we will refer you to one we trust.

Most engagements are billed on an hourly basis in accordance with the Solicitors' Remuneration Order. For clearly defined matters, we offer fixed fees and monthly retainer arrangements. Every engagement commences with a written fee estimate — clients of Alphaforge do not receive unexpected invoices.

Our advisers handle corporate and M&A transactions, regulatory compliance under Malaysian securities and company law, commercial litigation through the Justice Track unit, and integrated business legal solutions through Meridian Legal. Cross-border matters are handled in cooperation with verified international counsel.

All practising advisers at Alphaforge hold a valid practising certificate issued by the Malaysian Bar. We appear regularly before the High Court of Malaya, the Court of Appeal, and regulatory bodies including the Securities Commission Malaysia and the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

For most new matters, we complete intake and a conflicts check within 24 hours and can begin substantive work the same business day. Time-sensitive matters should be flagged clearly in the inquiry form and followed up by telephone to ensure immediate attention.
